This grant will benefit students in French 3, 3-Honors, Pre-AP, and AP-French and is providing games such as French Scrabble that can be used to increase vocabulary, spelling, and verb conjugation skills in French. Games and competition generate enthusiasm for learning and make it fun. This is especially important in upper level French classes, because textbook publishers do not provide as many ancillary materials with the textbook because it is not cost effective. The title of my grant is "Pratiquez! Pratiquez! Pratiquez!" to reflect the students' need to "practice, practice, practice" to hone their language skills.
