Carroll Education Foundation's Grant Recipients and Sponsors

Grant/Teacher: Bluebonnet Blast – Judi Reinert with Rockenbaugh Elementary School
This grant supports the Texas Library Association Bluebonnet Reading program. This program selects 20 books each year and encourages all third and fourth graders to read as many as they can. In January the children become discriminating voters and select their favorite. The votes are tallied across the state and winner is announced. It is always a thrill to see their vote tabulated. This grant funded class sets of these titles because every child should have the opportunity to read as many as they would like.
