Grants allow students to dream beyond the standard curriculum. It takes them beyond reading, writing and math and explores new possibilities in connecting one subject to another.

In 2010, the Carroll Education Foundation awarded more than $92,435.95 in teacher grants through the 2010 Prize Parade.

CEF’s premier annual event raises funds each year to support teacher grants and student scholarships. This year’s event promises to be even more enhanced with tremendous support from the community and additional items being donated for the live auction.

MISSION STATEMENT

THE MISSION OF THE CARROLL EDUCATION FOUNDATION IS TO ENHANCE AND ENRICH THE EDUCATIONAL LEARNING EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE CARROLL INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT.

TO FUND ADDITIONAL INNOVATIVE PROGRAMS: (GRANT OPPORTUNITIES TO ENRICH AND EXPAND VITAL EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS).

Grants 1996 - 2011: $839,347.15
Scholarships 2002 - 2010: $109,500.00
Board Members Since 1996: There have been 145 different board members since CEF's inception in 1996.

CEF would like to thank Briefing and Chick-Fil-A along with everyon that signed up for a subscription to Briefing during our recent fundraiser. The month-long promotion brought in over $1400 for Carroll Education Foundation!
